Special Non - Immigrant  47(a)2 / Foreign Government Official Visa 9(e-2)

1. Valid passport (Validity should be at least six months beyond the intended stay in the Philippines.
2. Invitation Letter
3. Each and every query of the application form to be filled. (Color of the form is pink)
4. Nomination / confirmation Letter
5. One latest signed photograph 2'x 2'

NOTE:

1. All holders of Diplomatic, Official Passport must submit their visa application with a note verbal from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or from the Embassy concerned. UNLP passport holder should likewise be accompanied by a note verbal from the International Organization concerned.
2. Applicants should present confirmed To and Fro-Ticket.
3. Visa formalities will take two days from the date of submission of all the required documents.
