Business Category

  1. Valid passport ( Validity should be at least six months beyond the intended stay in the Philippines.
  2. Each and every query of the application form is to be filled. (Color of the form is blue)
  3. One latest signed photograph 2'x 2'
  4. Proof of business:
    1. Business Registration certificate
    2. Financial standing of business
    3. Letter of credit /bids
    4. Letter of invitation to participate in seminars, conference etc.
    5. Visa fee amounting NRs. 2,400.00 (Single Entry For 59 Days) to be deposited in Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited, New Baneshwor, Account No: 01-0209171-01, Account Name: Consulate of the Republic of the Philippines

NOTE

  1. Applicant  may require to come for personal interview.
  2. To and Fro confirmed air ticket or submission of the air ticket for the next country of destination.
  3. All columns in the Application form should be filled to avoid delay in processing.
  4. Deposition slip of  Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited is available at the reception.
  5. Children including in the passport of a parent must be properly identified with photographs in the passport or a should present separate passport
  6. Children under fifteen years of age, unaccompanied by a parent, may not be issued visas, except when admitted in the discretion of the Philippine commissioner on immigration , if otherwise admissible.
  7. Visas shall be issued after two days.
  8. Temporary Visitor Visa (Multiple entry for 6 months) Fee is NC Rs 4800
  9. Temporary Visitor Visa (Multiple Entry for 1 year) Fee is NC RS 7200
  10. Separate application for each applicant as well as separate fee although several persons may be included in the passport.
