Motivated by the slogan "Little things we do", the organisation has been reaching out to the communities and directly involving itself in social welfare activities. Its philanthropy has basically focussed on education for the underpreviliged, environmental conservation and sports.
VOITH has built a number of schools in close vicinity to its tea gardens and agro-based industries, where the employee's children received an education at highly subsidised fees. Likewise, orphans as well as handicapped and poor children habe been provided scholarships to study in different schools across Nepal. VOITH has also been sponsoring the education of 17 Nepalese students in the Philippines where they are pursuing degrees in medicine, engineering and agriculture.
In Kathmandu,it has built numerous waiting stands at the bus stops for the comfort of passengers.
Vehicles have been gifted to the Nepal Red Cross Society, Nepal Family Planning Association and for the protection of wildlife in the national parks. It has also setup awards fpr conservationists.
In sports, it has been sponsoring the All-Nepal Annual Toyota Hockey Tournament, Toyota Golf Tournament and the ANFA Football Tournament.
Other events that VOITH has sponsored include the Women's Motor Rally and the international Marathon, the first ever to be organized in Nepal.
VOITH is one of the most dynamic business houses in Nepal and is dedicated to integrity, excellence and leadership. 
Vijaya Academy of Health & Science(in affiliation with universities from Australia and Philippines) is scheduled to begin four-year Bachelor level.
